Yoga - One to One

Being guided one on one helps deepen your practice, whether you are beginning yoga, would like an alternative to working in a class situation, or have specific needs - such as rehabilitation of an injury.
The basic structure of a session will include asanas (postures/movements), pranayama (breathwork), meditation and deep relaxation. One to one lessons can also involve holistic massage, sound healing and/or Seikhem/Reiki, a gentle and relaxing hands-on healing method.
Private sessions are available either on an individual basis or in a small group (maximum 4 people)
Prices are from £30 per hour
