Daniela teaches a soft yet powerful style of Hatha yoga, which invites you to create space and lightness within, by undoing and releasing tensions and old held patterns. When yoga is practised in this way, without expectation or force, the space is created for the whole body and mind to naturally release and open - unfolding from within.
During this retreat, Daniela invites you to bathe in the healing sounds of crystal bowls and sacred chants and to explore the deep sanctuary of yoga from within. She will also be introducing you to the healing music of Anima, which she co-produces with her partner Ali Calderwood.
There will be a yoga class in the morning and in the afternoon. In-between sessions you have the chance to walk in peaceful gardens, sit quietly listening to nature, or connect with flower essences of your choice. There is plenty of inside and outside space for you to enjoy moments of reflection and peace as you feel guided to.
The weekend is intended to be peaceful, restful and nourishing for mind, body and soul.
