"When you become more sensitive to the body you have the impression that the inhalation-exhalation is no longer localised. It is all around you. It is important to see how we live mainly in our heads. Think with your whole body, feel with your whole body.  In the whole feeling, the global sensation, you go into your room and touch your whole room. You go outside and touch the clouds, the trees, the water. You do not live in isolation. In your radiation you are in communion with all things. In this expansion there is no place for the ego because the ego is a contraction. Love is expansion, a feeling of spaciousness.” ~ Jean Klein

This yoga workshop is an invitation to retreat into the heart of being, through the practice of yoga and inner reflection. We will be exploring aspects of the body, breath and mind to unravel tension and old held patterns that keep us from living within the stillness of the heart.

This approach to yoga focuses on tuning into the body's innate wisdom and intuition, and encourages the natural unfolding of healthy posture, fluid movement, deepening breath and inner peace. The yoga is meditative, intuitive and healing, drawing upon ancient yogic wisdom and the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli, Taoism and Shamanism.

This yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of experience and ability. During the sessions, each person receives individual attention and guidance to support the unfolding of the body and mind.

Investment is £40 per day

Please bring a light lunch/snack, a yoga mat if you have one and a warm blanket. Herbal teas and fruit will be provided.
