Sunday 11th April

At the Salisbury Centre, Edinburgh
Take some time to release and unwind…
During this workshop we will explore yoga in an organic and intuitive way. We will be working with asanas, movement and the breath to journey into, undo and let go of tensions and held patterns in the body and mind.
In being receptive to our inner guidance and to the bodies individual needs, we give ourselves the freedom to open up and unfold from within, where we may meet with the exquisite beauty of all that we are.
Daniela Broder teaches yoga classes and workshops with a focus on inspiring people to connect with their own inner wisdom and space of the heart. Over the last 10 years she has explored pathways of healing, learning from different cultures, teachers and the sacred energies of the Earth. As well as teaching yoga, Daniela works with sound as a tool for transformation and healing, and is the female vocalist and co-songwritier of the group Anima.
